    Our attendants arrive 45 minutes before guests do with the full setup: photo booth, 360 video platform, print station, audio guestbook, whatever you booked. If the booth doesn't work, neither does our invoice. Every rental comes with a money-back setup guarantee.

  • 01 How does a photo booth actually work?

    We arrive 45 minutes before your event, set up the booth + lights + backdrop + props, and run a quick test. Guests walk up, the screen counts down, and the booth texts or emails the photo or video instantly (DIY, Glam, 360°). If you added the Print add-on (pairs with Glam or DIY), it also prints a 2x6 strip on the spot. We tear down at the end. You keep all the photos and a shareable gallery link.

  • 02 Which booth should I pick?

    Glam if you want every guest to look magazine-ready under pro lighting. 360° if your event is going on social. DIY if you just want a self-serve experience for a low-key gathering. The Full Story bundle if you want all of the above. Audio guestbook (standalone or with any booth) if you want voicemails from guests. Want printed photo strips? Add the Print add-on to Glam or DIY (not 360 — that one shoots video, not photos). Not sure? Tell us about the event when you reserve and we'll recommend.

  • 03 What's actually included?

    Every package: booth + attendant (except DIY) + setup + take-down + custom photo layout + props matched to your theme + instant digital share by text or email. The Print add-on adds on-site 2x6 strip printing. No hidden fees, no travel charges in the Wasatch Front and Back service area.

  • 04 Do you offer audio guestbooks or custom prop packages?

    Yes to both. Audio guestbooks let guests leave a voicemail-style message, perfect for weddings and milestone events. Custom prop packages can include cardboard cutouts (the bride and groom, the birthday kid, the company mascot), branded backdrops, and balloon installs styled to your theme. Priced per scope.

  • 05 How much space do we need?

    Most booths run 8×8 ft with a 6 ft clearance for the backdrop. The 360° platform needs 10×10 ft to swing the arm comfortably. We scout the venue ahead if dimensions are tight.

  • 06 How far in advance should we book?

    Weekends in May–October book 4–8 months out. Weekday and shoulder-season dates open up closer in. If you're inside 30 days, call us. We keep one rig flexible for last-minute holds.

  • 07 Do you offer Spanish-language service?

    Yes, our team is bilingual (English/Spanish). Photo strips, signage, props, and the on-site attendant can all run in Spanish. Quinceañeras especially.

  • 08 Is there a discount for first responders, teachers, or military?

    Yes. Nurses, teachers, first responders, military, and their families get a flat discount applied at quote. Just mention it when you reach out.

  • 09 What if the booth doesn't work?

    Money-back. If we can't get the booth functioning at your event, we refund the rental in full.
