What we've
learned doing this.

Wedding receptions hit a sweet spot for booths around 8 to 10 PM. After dinner, before the cake, when guests are looking for the next thing. We set up a couple hours before so the booth is part of the room from the start.

Most of our weddings book Glam plus an Audio Guestbook. The Glam booth handles the photos. The audio guestbook captures the voicemails: grandparents who couldn't dance, the maid of honor at 1 AM, the one cousin who only shows up for weddings. You play those back five years later and lose it.

  • 01 When during the wedding should the booth be open?

    Most couples open the booth right after dinner and run it through the dancing. Four hours is the sweet spot. We can stretch longer with the extra-hour add-on.

  • 02 Can the photo strip have our names and date?

    Yes. We design a custom strip layout with your names, the date, your colors, your monogram if you have one. We send a proof a week before the wedding for your approval.

  • 03 Outdoor wedding: can the booth handle weather?

    Yes, with a backup. We bring a 10x10 pop-up tent for outdoor setups in case weather rolls in. The booth itself is fine in shade. Direct hot sun on the iPad is the only thing that'll cause issues, and we work around that.

  • 04 What about a quinceañera that's also a wedding-style event?

    We treat quinces with the same energy as weddings. Bilingual attendant, custom photo strips with the quinceañera's name, props that fit the theme. Same playbook.
