What we've
learned doing this.

Galas run formal: full bar, black tie, scripted program. The booth opens during cocktail hour and closes before the program starts. We can also re-open it after the auction for the celebration phase.

Nonprofits often use the booth photos in their next fundraising email. We deliver a branded gallery a few days after the event so the social and email teams can pick the best ones. Some nonprofits even add a 'donate' overlay on the photos so when guests share online, the link goes back to the giving page.

  • 01 Can the booth be branded for our nonprofit?

    Yes. Logo on the photo strip, branded backdrop, even a custom photo overlay with your campaign hashtag. The booth becomes a fundraising tool, not just a fun thing.

  • 02 We don't want the booth interrupting the program. Can we time it carefully?

    Yes. Tell us your timeline. We open during cocktail hour, close during the program, and re-open after if there's time. Attendants are coached to keep volume low when speakers are on.

  • 03 Can guests opt to share their photo to the nonprofit's social?

    Yes. We can set up an opt-in share so guests' photos go directly to a curated event gallery you can share online or use in follow-up emails.
