Before · Setup
We arrive about 45 minutes before guests to set up all three experiences, the DIY booth, the 360 platform, and the audio guestbook, and test each one so everything is working properly.

During · Your event
Your attendant runs the 360 the whole time, while the DIY booth and audio guestbook sit self-serve right beside it for guests to use whenever they like.

After · Take-down
When the night ends, we take all three setups down in about 15 minutes.

01 How much space does The Full Story need?
About 20 by 15 feet for all three setups. We can work with less. We'll figure it out at the venue walkthrough.

02 Can I add more hours?
Yes, $200 per extra hour. Most events book 3 or 4 hours total.

03 Do all three run at the same time?
Yes. Each one has its own setup. Guests can bounce between all three all night.

04 Is the bundle actually cheaper than booking the three separately?
Yes, and you can check our math. Separately, the DIY booth ($450), the 360 booth ($850), and the audio guestbook ($250) come to $1,550. The Full Story is $1,200 for all three.

05 Does an attendant come with The Full Story?
Yes. The 360 booth comes with an attendant who keeps the platform line moving. The DIY booth and the audio guestbook run self-serve right next to it.

06 What do we get after the event?
One digital gallery with everything: every photo from the DIY booth, every 360 video, and every audio guestbook message as MP3 files, organized so you can actually find things.
