What we've
learned doing this.

Corporate events have shorter run times, usually 2 to 3 hours. Lines move faster because guests don't linger. We design the booth flow for throughput so 200 people can each get a photo in 90 minutes.

Tech companies in Lehi and at the Adobe campus tend to want clean branding. Logos stay subtle, photo strips have minimal text, and the booth itself blends into the room. Holiday parties at venues like the Grand America go the other way: bigger props, bolder colors, more chaos. We adapt.

  • 01 Can we put our logo on every photo?

    Yes. We design a custom photo overlay with your logo, brand colors, and event name. Photos go straight to guests' phones with the branding baked in.

  • 02 Do you do brand activations during Sundance or trade shows?

    Yes. We've run activations during Sundance Film Festival, at Silicon Slopes events, and at trade shows at Mountain America Expo Center. We can swap photo overlays on the fly if your brand needs a midday refresh.

  • 03 What's the minimum lead time for corporate?

    Two weeks is comfortable. We can sometimes do less for repeat clients or simple setups. Drop a quote and we'll be honest about timing.

  • 04 Can we get the photos as a brand asset to use later?

    Yes. After the event we send a branded gallery with all photos. You're free to use them in your own social, internal newsletters, etc.
