Before · Setup
We arrive about 45 minutes before guests to set up the platform, lighting, and camera arm, then test a few spins so everything is working properly before anyone steps on.

During · Your event
Your attendant is there the whole time, hyping up your guests, helping them understand the platform, loading each person on safely, and making sure every video sends.

After · Take-down
Take-down at the end is quick, about 10 to 15 minutes, and we are out of your way.

01 How much space does a 360 photo booth need?
13 feet by 13 feet at the smallest. That covers the lights and the arm at full reach. We can work with a tighter spot. Tell us your venue when you book and we will plan around it.

02 Can we pick the music for the 360 booth videos?
Yes. Send us the song (or a few options) before the event and we sync it to every guest's video. We can also do custom sound effects, recorded voiceovers, or your brand's audio logo for corporate activations.

03 How many people fit on the 360 platform?
Up to 3 people comfortably. The platform is 32 inches wide with an 800-lb weight capacity, so it handles groups easily. Most guests go solo or as a pair for the cinematic look.

04 Why are 360 photo booths so popular right now?
The slow-motion video is made for social media. Guests post it themselves, so your event gets seen by more people for free. Brands get real videos from real guests without paying anyone. And they are just fun. Guests step on and start playing right away.

05 Can the videos be branded with our logo and colors?
Yes. Every video can start and end with your logo, event name, hashtag, or web address. Great for company events where you want your brand on every clip guests share.

06 How fast does the video get to a guest's phone?
Under 30 seconds from end of spin to phone delivery. Guests are usually posting before they step off the platform.

07 Does the 360 booth work outdoors?
Yes. We ran one at an outdoor garden party this June, and three of those spins are playing right on this page. We need level ground, power within reach (or our generator for a small surcharge), and shade for the equipment.

08 Can guests get prints from the 360 booth?
No. The 360 shoots slow-motion video, so there's nothing to print. If you want spins and printed strips, pair the 360 with a Glam or DIY booth plus the Print add-on. The Full Story bundle is the easiest way to get everything at once.
