What we've
learned doing this.

Brand activations run tight — fixed start time, fixed end time, branded everything. We arrive early enough to test the photo strip proofs on-site, line up the lighting with the room, and make sure the QR code on the strip leads to your campaign page.

We've done activations at SLC trade shows, brand pop-ups in Park City, and product launches at corporate offices in the Silicon Slopes. Most clients want a CSV of guest emails post-event for lead capture — we can set that up at booking. Brand-trained attendants know the difference between 'wave' and 'act natural.'

  • 01 Can you brand the photos with our logo and colors?

    Yes. Every photo strip, every overlay, every share screen can carry your logo, colors, fonts, and a URL or hashtag. We send a proof a week before the event so brand and marketing teams can approve before guests walk up.

  • 02 Can we capture guest emails for follow-up?

    Yes. We can require an email to receive the digital photo. After the event we deliver a CSV of guest emails for your CRM. Opt-in by default.

  • 03 How fast does the photo land on a guest's phone?

    Instantly. Guest types their phone number or email, photo arrives in seconds. They share it on social before they walk away — which is the whole point of a brand activation.
