Glam + Print
The Glam booth uses a professional camera with studio lighting. Photos come out magazine-quality, which means prints come out magazine-quality. If prints are a priority for your event, this is the combo.

DIY + Print
The DIY iPad booth is self-serve and more affordable. Print quality is still excellent. iPad cameras shoot in great light. This is the pick for office parties, kids' birthdays, and casual events.

360 + Print
The 360 video booth captures slow-motion video, not still photos. Nothing to print. If you want both video and prints, book the 360 for one corner and a Glam or DIY (with Print) for another.

Strips, cards,
or get creative.
Standard 2x6 strips are included. 2x6 photo cards are an upgrade (+$150) because they use more ink and put more strain on the printer. Either way, every layout is custom-designed for your event.

What to expect
Setup, run,
and take-down.
The Print add-on rides along with your booth. Here is how it runs on the day.
-
Before · Setup
The printer is set up and tested alongside your Glam or DIY booth before guests arrive, so the first strip prints clean.
-
During · Your event
It runs with the booth for your whole rental. On attended booths your attendant keeps paper and ink stocked, so guests just keep printing.
-
After · Take-down
We pack the printer out with the booth at the end, part of the same 10 to 15 minute take-down.
Photo booth print FAQs
Common questions
about prints.
-
01 Do most photo booths come with prints?
No. Most photo booth rentals today are digital only. Guests get the photo by text or email, but no printed copy. Salt Booths offers prints as a $300 add-on. It works with our Glam booth or our DIY iPad booth. It is the easy way to send every guest home with something for the fridge.
-
02 How much are prints for photo booths in Utah?
Photo booth prints from Salt Booths start at $300 as an add-on for your first hour, plus $100 per additional hour. Standard 2x6 photo strips are included, with up to four prints per guest session. Upgrading to 2x6 photo cards (Christmas card style, wedding announcement style, single-shot full-size, etc.) is an additional $150.
-
03 Which photo booths does the Print add-on work with?
The Print add-on pairs with our Glam photo booth (recommended: professional camera, best print quality) or our DIY iPad booth (more affordable, still great prints). It does NOT pair with our 360 video booth, because the 360 captures slow-motion video, not still photos.
-
04 What's the difference between a 2x6 photo strip and a 2x6 card?
A 2x6 photo strip is the classic tall layout. It stacks three or four small photos with your event title at the bottom. A 2x6 card is the same size but laid out as one image or a designed card (Christmas card, wedding announcement, or one full-size photo). Cards use more ink and wear on the printer, so they are a $150 upgrade.
-
05 Can you customize the photo strip design?
Yes. We design every print for your event. Send us your event name, date, colors, and any logo or theme. We build the layout and send you a proof about a week before. We change it until you love it. Layouts: 3-strip, 4-picture grid, single full-size 2x6, Christmas card, wedding announcement, or fully custom.
-
06 How many prints does each guest get?
Standard 2x6 strips give each guest session up to four printed strips, so every person in the photo can take one home. For 2x6 cards, it's one card per session. Both are unlimited across the rental. Guests can come back to the booth and print as many times as they want.
-
07 How long does it take to print a photo at a photo booth?
Our printer turns out a 2x6 print in about 12 seconds after the photos are taken. Guests pose, the booth captures the shots, and they walk away with a print before they sit back down. No waiting around.
