Quick answers
Stuff people
ask before reaching out.
Reaching us
-
How fast do you reply?
Usually within 10 minutes during business hours, always within a business day.
-
Can I text you?
Yep. Text the same number you'd call: (801) 823-6630.
-
¿Hablan español?
Sí. Llamar, mandar texto, o llenar el formulario en español, todo funciona. Photo strips, signage, props, and the on-site setup can all run in Spanish too.
-
What are your hours?
Phone 8 AM to 11 PM, every day. Most events run nights and weekends, so we're around when you need us.
-
Do you do in-person walk-throughs?
Yes, at your venue, by appointment. Usually a week or two before the event to scope the room.
Booking and money
-
How much does a photo booth cost?
Rentals start at $450 for a 3-hour DIY iPad booth. The Glam booth starts at $750, the 360 video booth at $850, and The Full Story bundle at $1,200. The Print add-on starts at $300. Three-hour minimum, no travel fees.
-
Is there a deposit?
Asking for a quote is free, no card needed. To lock in your date, we take a 50% deposit, with the rest due two weeks before your event. If we ever have to cancel on you, you get 100% back.
-
How long is my quote good for?
One week. Dates book up, so we can only hold pricing that long. If yours expires, just ask for a fresh one.
-
Can we keep the booth longer than we booked?
Yes. Extra time is $75 per half hour or $100 per hour. And if the party's going strong night-of, ask the attendant about staying late; if our schedule allows, we'll keep it running at $100 per hour.
-
How many prints do guests get?
With the Print add-on, up to four 2x6 photo strips per session, printed on the spot. Want a traditional-size photo for every single guest? That's an upcharge; ask when you book.
-
What about props?
Every booth comes with props matched to your theme. Want something custom, like cutouts of the birthday kid or branded pieces? You set the budget from $100 up, we do the hunting, and you keep everything after. Sourcing your own props works too.
-
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends from May to October book 4 to 8 months out. Weekdays and slower months stay open closer to the date. Less than 30 days away? Call us. We keep one booth open for last-minute bookings.
-
Any discounts?
Yes. Nurses, teachers, first responders, military, and their families get a flat discount applied at quote. Just mention it when you reach out.
-
What if the booth doesn't work?
Money-back. If we can't get the booth working at your event, we refund the rental in full.
The booths
-
How does a photo booth rental work?
We arrive 45 minutes before your event, set up the booth, lights, backdrop, and props, and run a quick test. Guests walk up, the screen counts down, and the booth texts or emails the photo or video instantly. Print add-on prints a 2x6 strip on the spot. We tear down at the end. You keep everything plus a shareable gallery link.
-
Which booth should I pick?
Glam if you want every guest looking magazine-ready under pro lighting. 360 if your event is going on social. DIY for a self-serve, low-key gathering. The Full Story bundle for all of the above. Not sure? Tell us about the event and we'll recommend.
-
What's included?
Every package: booth, attendant (except DIY), setup, take-down, custom photo layout, props matched to your theme, and instant digital sharing by text or email. No hidden fees.
-
How much space do you need?
Most booths run 8x8 ft with 6 ft of clearance for the backdrop. The 360 platform needs 10x10 ft to swing the arm. We scout the venue ahead if dimensions are tight.
-
Do you have an audio guestbook?
Yes. Guests leave a voicemail-style message, perfect for weddings and milestone events. It works standalone or alongside any booth.
